Terms of service

These terms apply when you use luxedealers.com or buy from LuxeDealers ("we", "us"). The store is run by LuxeDealers Inc. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please also read our Refund, Shipping and Privacy policies, which form part of these terms.

1. Our products

LuxeDealers is an independent retailer. The products we sell are inspired designs. They are not genuine branded goods, and they are not made, endorsed, sponsored or sold by any brand or designer whose name, logo or style may be mentioned on this site. Brand names are used only to describe a product's style.

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Colours can look slightly different on different screens, and small variations in finish or packaging can happen.

2. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. It's accepted when we ship it. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, a price is clearly wrong, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you've paid, we'll refund you in full.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in your chosen currency and may change at any time, but a change won't affect an order we've already accepted. Payment is taken in full at checkout by our payment providers. Duties and taxes are covered in our Shipping policy.

4. Discounts and offers

  • Buy more, save more: 10% off when your bag has 2 pieces, and 15% off when it has 3 or more. These apply automatically at checkout and only the higher one is used.
  • Email codes (such as welcome, reminder, thank-you and VIP codes) are personal and can be used once. Each email shows when the code ends.
  • Unless an offer says otherwise, discounts can't be combined with each other, can't be exchanged for cash, and can't be applied to past orders.
  • We may change or end an offer at any time, but we'll honour a code before the end date shown in the email.

5. Shipping, refunds and the guarantee

Delivery is explained in our Shipping policy, and refunds and replacements in our Refund policy. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.

6. Reviews and content you send us

If you post a review, photo or message, you confirm it's honest and your own, and you let us show it on our site, emails and social media. We don't edit reviews to change their meaning, and we don't remove a review just because it's negative. We may remove content that is offensive, unlawful or not about our products.

7. Using our site

Please don't misuse the site: no attempts to break in, scrape it, interfere with how it works, or use it for anything unlawful. The site's design, text, images and logo belong to LuxeDealers or our licensors and can't be copied without our permission.

8. Our liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. This doesn't limit any liability that can't be limited by law, or your rights under consumer law.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of USA. If you live elsewhere, you also keep any protections that the laws of your country give you.
