How do I choose a bracelet or ring size?
Bracelets and rings list their sizes in centimetres on each product page. Measure your wrist, or the inside of a ring that fits, and pick the closest size.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 2–3 weeks. Shipping is free on orders over US$50 and tracked to most countries, and you can follow your parcel on our Track your order page.
What if something isn't right with my order?
If an item arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, our refund or reship guarantee covers it. Email us your order number and a photo, and there's no need to send anything back.
Do I save if I buy more than one item?
Yes. Add any 2 items to save 10%, or 3 or more to save 15%. It's applied automatically at checkout.
