Scarves start at $25, jewellery is $45 to $65, fragrances are $50 to $55, shoes are $92 to $120 and the handbag is $140. Every order is hand-checked before it ships.

Common questions
What sizes do CHAN shoes come in?
CHAN shoes are listed in EU sizes, from 35 to 48 depending on the style. Check the size chart on each product page before ordering. If you're unsure, email us your usual size and we'll help you choose.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 2–3 weeks. Shipping is free on orders over US$50 and tracked to most countries, and you can follow your parcel on our Track your order page.
What if something isn't right with my order?
If an item arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, our refund or reship guarantee covers it. Email us your order number and a photo, and there's no need to send anything back.
Do I save if I buy more than one item?
Yes. Add any 2 items to save 10%, or 3 or more to save 15%. It's applied automatically at checkout.
